Each one has undergone the proper training for becoming Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Behavior Therapists (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). They are trained with providing care for children with cognitive problems and possess the necessary skills and expertise to do so.
They are also open-minded, compassionate, and reliable when it comes to providing children with the aid they need.
